KAMPALA — In a major statement of intent ahead of the new season, Uganda Premier League heavyweights Vipers SC have completed the signing of highly-rated left-back Nicholas Mwere from BUL FC.
The defensive stalwart, who officially saw his contract with the Jinja-based BUL FC enter its final phase this year, has put pen to paper on a long-term deal to make the St. Mary’s Stadium in Kitende his new home.
