Ugandan midfielder Hussein Ssenoga has completed a move to Rwanda Premier League side Mukura Victory Sport, joining the club from Ugandan outfit Kitara FC.
Ssenoga has put pen to paper on a two-year contract, marking another important step in his career as he takes his talents across the border to Rwanda.
The experienced central midfielder is no stranger to Ugandan football, having previously featured for Express FC, Lugazi FC and UCU FC before his latest spell with Kitara FC. His versatility, composure in midfield and experience are expected to add depth to Mukura Victory Sport's squad.
The move also sees Ssenoga become the second Ugandan player at Mukura Victory Sport. He joins compatriot Freedom Mungudit, who recently signed for the Rwandan side as a free agent after leaving Lugazi FC.
The arrival of the two Ugandans strengthens the growing connection between Ugandan football and the Rwanda Premier League, with players increasingly looking beyond the domestic scene for new opportunities.
For Ssenoga, the two-year deal provides an opportunity to establish himself in Rwanda's top flight and continue his development while competing at a higher level.
